This portion of villa is located in a residential complex on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, near the Cinque Terre. The apartment sits on the hill, at which foot the city of Luni once stood. This former Roman seaside city now lies about 2 km inland and is under excavation. Here you will find a museum with some of the relics uncovered so far. The nearest village is Nicola, a little medieval town with streets so narrow that it is impossible to use a car (there is parking at the entrance of the village). Nicola has two restaurants, a bar and a shop with essentials. Going north along the coast will take you to La Spezia and the Cinque Terre, while heading south into Tuscany will bring you to Carrara, Massa, Forte dei Marmi, and Pisa. And for the determined traveler, even Florence is within reach of a day trip! If you prefer not to travel by car, ferries depart every day from Marina di Carrara, Lerici, and La Spezia.

Accessibility
You can get motorway A/12 Genoa/Livorno at the Sarzana exit, get the SS1 (strda statale Aurelia) until you find the direction to Ortonovo, follow them until you find the direction to Nicola di Ortonovo, (the street to Nicola di Ortonovo begins on the right, just on the corner); on this cross, there is a free parking on your left and this is where one of our agents will take you to Albatros. The parking is near to the Pharmacy 'Gli Oleandri'.
