Notes on prices
Prices are for two people in the property per week in Euro. Minimum stay for two persons is four nights; minimum stay for three or more persons is seven nights. Extra persons per day: children up to 12 years: 15 Euro, 12 years and over: 20 Euro. Air-conditionng 10 Euro per day. Long term & winter rentals - please enquire for rates; please note that only long rentals in winter will be considered.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday - but can be flexible. Afternoon arrivals only, until 20.00.

A 20 minute walk to the cable car which will take guests down to the main beach area. Pretty cove-like sheltered pebble beaches; other open less sheltered ones - take your pick!
Travel
Nearest airport is Catania - one hour's drive (50km).
Nearest port is Messina - one hour's drive (50m).
Train station: Taormina - 10 minutes by car.
Distances
Small towns and villages just a short local bus ride away. Organised bus excursions to the main sightseeing attractions such as Syracuse, Palermo, Mount Etna, the Aeolian Islands etc. So much ancient history and beautiful archaeology to see and admire.

Booking notes
Non refundable deposit of 30% of total amount due payable on booking; balance to be settled at least 14 days prior to arrival. Security deposit 150 euros to be paid on arrival and refunded on departure. Late arrival charges are due after 20.00 hours.
