Apartment with private garden and pool. Beautifully furnished, sleeps 6, 2 bedrooms. Situated on the edge of Moniga del Garda. The apartment also has a large covered terrace where you can enjoy outside eating or maybe just drinks in the evening, even in inclement weather. Plasma TV with local TV stations, a DVD player with a good choice of films. Within easy walking distance of the village centre where you will find bars and restaurants to suit all. The lake can be reached easily by foot where you will find lakeside restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and of course boat hire and scooter hire, also there is Moniga Port (Marina) where you can board the regular ferry service to all other parts of the lake.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and includes all linen and towels. There is a final cleaning charge of £45 (collected with final payment). Please note that the property is only normally available from Saturdays.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, checkout before 10am, available after 4pm.

We can arrange visits to local winery including wine and olive oil tasting.
Travel
Closest airport is Verona Brecia (Montichiare) 20 mins. Verona (Villa Franca) 25 mins. Milan Bergamo 50 mins. Venice Marco Polo 1 hour 40 mins. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Milan is 1.5 hrs. Venice is 2 hrs. Verona is 45 mins.
Further details
The lake is fantastic for a late quiet holiday in October/November, the weather is still fine and the lake temperature is really good too. Most of the tourists have gone and although the season is over there's still lots to enjoy if you want more information then please give me a call.
