Changeover day
The apartment’s consignment, regularly cleaned, is granted around 3.00 pm. On the day of their departure, Guests will be required to leave the apartments by noon at the latest.

Orange Apartment

The Orange Apartment is about 750 sq.ft., and has two bathrooms with shower. Divided into two well separated areas, it can accommodate up to four guests, two in the master bedroom and two on a large sofa bed in the spacious living room. The apartment is named after the colours of the furniture, provided with a fully equipped kitchenette (two electric stove tops), air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, high speed Internet and built in wardrobes. Is located on the first floor of the building with no lift. Deposit required fro stays longer than a week.

Green Suite

The green suite is about 600 sq.ft., and is divided into two areas, living room and master bedroom. It is suitable for up to two people. The apartment is named after the colours of the furniture, provided with a fully equipped kitchenette (two electric stove tops), air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, high speed Internet and built in wardrobes. The entrance to the property is located on the ground floor, in the Reception area: through a private staircase you have independent access to your suite. Deposit required for stays longer than a week.

Yellow Suite

The Yellow suite is about 650 sq.ft., and is divided into two areas, living room and master bedroom (the two rooms are connected by a hallway). It is suitable for a couple, or a couple with a kid. This unit's most distinctive feature is an intact, gorgeous XIX century fresco adorning the ceiling of the master bedroom. The apartment is named after the colours of the furniture, provided with a fully equipped kitchenette (two electric stove tops), air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, high speed Internet and built in wardrobes. The entrance to the property is located on the ground floor, in the Reception area: through a private staircase you have independent access to the Yellow Suite. Deposit required for stays longer than a week.

Notes on accommodation
Reception service available.
Check-in hours (with luggage deposit) are 9.30am - 8.00pm, Monday-Friday. Saturday 9.30 to 6 pm.
For check-ins outside of these hours and days there is an extra charge of € 50,00 and the owner has to give approval by phone or e-mail. Important: no check-ins are performed after 23.00 of any day.
In case the client wants to stay extra hours after check-out time, there is a charge of €50,00 (this service is provided only if there are no other arrivals).
Check-in Time: 3pm. Check-out Time: 11.30am
Cleaning Services: All Relais Rome's Guests will find at their arrival a clean apartment, with clean linen, and three towels(wash-cloth, hand-towel and bath-towel) for each guest. Cleaning services are performed every day (except Sundays and Public Holidays). Different arrangments can also be discussed. No other cleaning services are performed without extra charge.

The Client’s online reservation is complete only after Relais Rome has sent the final Confirmation Voucher by email. The Confirmation Voucher guarantees the availability of the apartment, and is valid for the number of people specified on the Voucher.
