Located in the Historical Center of Medieval Fondi. Walking distance to everything: shops, restaurants, cafes, markets, etc. Medieval Fondi is midway between Rome and Naples. Excellent local bus and train transportation to Rome, Naples and nearby beach towns.

About the owner
Our main focus is to share our homes with large families or groups at an affordable price. We travel with a very large family (10-14 people) and we understand how difficult it is to find accommodations under one roof and how costly a vacation can be with a group this size. We believe in offering our homes at a very low rate.
The Palazzo/Villa can be divided into 3 separate apartments each sleeps 2-5 and each have independent entrances, kitchen, bedroom(s), livingroom and bathroom. Perfect accommodations for a large family or two families wanting to vacation together and have some privacy.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
FONDI is a perfect place to vacation with a group or large family. We wanted our guests to come and go without the dependency of a vehicle. We wanted our teenagers to go to the seaside on the bus and make friends within the town. It was important for our guests to enjoy their freedom. We wanted them at our home but wanted to provide them with enough privacy. Fondi is a great town with outdoor entertainment, cafes, restaurants and plenty of things to do in the summer. Fondi also has a great transportation system to the airport, Rome, Naples, Pompeii, etc. It is very easy for our guest to spend the day in Rome without any hassle of transportation .... or go on Day-Trips to surrounding towns, Pompeii and near by beaches.

We also rent-out our Villa-Palazzo to organizations who host specialty workshops: art-tours, painting and cooking classes, walking-tours, hiking, writing, spiritual and wellness vacations. This house is perfect for their accommodation needs.
