Blue Apartment (Sleeps 2/5, 1 Bedroom)

The blue apartment which is air-conditioned and has been recently built to accommodate up to 4 adults in comfort. The front entrance leads into a lounge/dining area where the kitchen and sofa-bed are located. Kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and cooking utensils. A large family bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment. A good sized bathroom is to be found just inside the entrance. An umbrella covered seating area affronts the apartment with and a BBQ, table and chairs, on which to dine alfresco with views to the sea and countryside. There is a washing area set aside for guests with the use of a washing machine available at a small charge. |

Notes on accommodation
Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost as well as all gas, electricity and water. Final cleaning is charged at an extra cost of 50 euros.
Accessibility
Both apartments are situated on the ground floor, and are accessible by climbing one step at the entrance to each.

Coast/Beach
From Cagliari, Sardinia's capital city, heading east you can enjoy the immense coast-road which runs parallel to the largest beach on the south of the island: Il Poetto. This beach runs by the washes of Molentargius, a salty lake where, in spring and summer, the breathtaking pink flamingo reside and nest. Carrying on eastwards towards Villasimius you will encounter various beautiful bays such as Cala Regina, Mari Pintau, Kala'e Moru, Torre delle Stelle, Geremeas, Solanas and Villasimius.
Travel
Sardinia's main airport, Cagliari Elmas is only 30 km away. Alghero and Olbia are about 300km from our accommodation. Car hire is essential as public transport leaves a lot to be desired.
Distances
Near to the Villa there are different restaurants/pizzerie that you can choose from. There is also a large tourist harbour where you can spend the evening and have a stroll after a meal or where boats for excursions can be rented during the day. There is a beautiful ice cream parlour that has a large seating area and has entertainment, such as live bands etc. Cagliari is a short drive away where trendy bars can be discovered by night. By day, trendy shops can be found in the centre of the city

Within 5 mins drive is Flumini with a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, butchers and post office.
Booking notes
We require 30% deposit to hold the booking, with the remainder to be paid in euros on arrival along with the final cleaning fee of 50 euros.
