It comprises of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one en-suite, fitted kitchen, lounge leading to large terrace with panoramic views for alfresco dining, the master bedroom leads to a shady loggia. All centrally heated rooms are furnished with a mixture of antique and high quality furniture. Casa Aurelio is situated 20 minutes stroll to the medieval village of Monteleone di Fermo where you will find a local shop, bar and a trattoria serving locally produced rustic Italian cuisine. The Ancona coast line bordering the Adriatic sea is littered with stunning beaches and scenery, the nearest being Pedasa only 20 minutes away. The stunning Sibillini Mountains are easily reached in 20 minutes.

There are 3 areas for alfresco dining, terrace from lounge loggia two patio areas. Outside furniture is provided with barbeque. All outside dining areas have stunning views of the surrounding hills.
Coast/Beach
The beach of Pedaso is the nearest to the house and can be reached in under 25 minutes by car. The stunning beaches of Portonovo and Sirolo are a little further being 1 hours drive.
Golf
Conera golf club is 1 hour away near Ancona.
Skiing
The Sibillini mountains provide opportunities for skiing and snow boarding and are accessible by car in under 30 minutes.
Travel
Ancona is the nearest airport approx 1 hours drive. Pescara is an alternative approx 1 hour 30 minutes both served by Ryanair, a car is essential.
Distances
Village of Monteleone is a 20 minute walk, the larger medieval village of Servigliano is 12 minutes drive. The mountain side village of Santa Vittoria is 15 minutes away. Enjoy fine examples of Romanesque renaissance in Ascoli Piceno and witness the Quintana a traditional jousting competition held annually easily reached in 1 hour.
Further details
The nearest village of Monteleone has a shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. Servigliano provides local markets, wider range of shops, banks, bars and restaurants. All local villages have restaurants and bars.
Lake Fiastra is popular for fishing, boating and swimming.
