Changeover day
The availability of the property is for the whole year with changeover day preferred on Saturday, but very flexible.
Check-in and out times are negotiable depending on other bookings.

Notes on accommodation
The private enclosed grounds of the complex make it perfect for families, with loads of space and a feeling of adventure and discovery.
Accessibility
Not recommended for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Outside, the furnished terrace is ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing moments in the peace of this privately owned complex.
Coast/Beach
The complex is located on the coast. The closest beach is Baia Azzurra, only 400 m from the complex, walkable in 10 minutes. Numerous other beaches are scattered along the coast with easy access from the main road.
Golf
Golf lovers will be able to visit an international ranking green, located in the South West side of Cagliari, only about 40 minutes drive from the complex, while a new green has been completed near Villasimius reachable in about 30 minutes by car or by bus.
Travel
Cagliari international airport (CAG) with direct flights by Easyjet.com from Luton, BA.com from Gatwick and HLX.com from Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart is about 15 miles away.
The closest ferry port is also in Cagliari, slightly closer than the airport, as is the main railway station. The nearest bus stop for both directions is in front of Baia Azzurra beach, 400 m from the complex. Car hire is recommended though not essential in our previous guests' experience.
Distances
The nearest village is Flumini, about 2 miles from the complex.
A couple of authentic Sardinian restaurants are located close by as are a mini and a supermarket which sell continental goods as well as typical Sardinian products. Marina di Capitana offers a variety of water sports and marine activities, including fully serviced boat docking, maritime authority office and a good diving centre.
Booking notes
Rates include all bills for water, gas and electricity plus linen and bathroom towels, changed weekly. They don't include the final cleaning charge of 50 euros and a refundable damage deposit of 300 euros (or £200) to pay at the site. The booking conditions are 30% at the time of booking, fully refundable up to 4 weeks before arrival. Discounts are available for periods longer than 2 weeks.

About the owner
I am originally from Sardinia, but have lived in the UK for several years and have married there. We have 2 children, boy and girl, and we love Sardinia; it's funny how you get to miss your native place only when you stay away from it for a long time. We try to spend time with my folks as much as we can so that our bilingual kids get fully exposed to (half of) their origins.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We decided to buy a holiday home to spend time soaking the well missed sun rays and enjoy a splash in these idyllic waters.
