The house was renovated from an oil and wine factory to a highly luxurious villa by its owners several years ago. Each room is exquisitely completed to the standard only luxury houses and hotels in Europe are accustomed to. It is situated amongst the vineyards and olive trees Tuscany is so iconic for. The estate is still used by the owner who crops from the 150 olive tree still on the property. A large outdoor pool awaits you after long days trekking though the delights of the nearby towns and cities of Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Cecina, Volterra, Florence and Sienna. The cinema installed into the 120mtr squared living room means you can kick off your shoes and relax in front of the latest Hollywood blockbuster.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Pool only functional from May-September.
Changeover day
Arrival is always on a Saturday after 1600 CET.
Departure is alway on a Saturday before 1000 CET.
Arrivals between 1900 and 0800 CET incur a Euro50 by the keyholder as a call out charge.

The Vaults, which are cooled by the natural convection currents in the house also offer a relaxing environment. The red saloon on the 1st floor is also very accommodating.

A cleaning lady will be provided for 4 hours every day. Extra cleaning ladies available at extra cost. Cook also available at extra cost. Towels and Linen are included. |
Notes on accommodation
There is no air-conditioning at the property since the natural convection currents running though the house keep it below 26DegC throughout the summer. Children should be supervised by an adult when outside, as the pool is unguarded. Cots and high chairs are available on request.

Accessibility
The house is not specifically adapted for wheelchair users, however the Japanese room is situated on the ground floor. Please discuss any further arrangements or requirements before you book.

Coast/Beach
It is possible from the terrace to see the Mediterranean. The closest beach is Vada only 7 mins drive away. The more commercial beach at Cecina Mare is no more than 13mins drive away.

The mansion is only 25 minutes drive south from Pisa airport.
Car hire is essential.

Further details
The location of the mansion is fairly remote, but it is not far from many of the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. A large supermarket just within the city boundaries of Cecina is easy to reach and is sufficient for the requirements of 17 guests.
Booking notes
25% of the booking is required as deposit no less than 8 weeks before your arrival.
Full balance and the security deposit (£2000) is required no less than 2 weeks before your arrival. The security deposit is returned minus telephone and any damage 3 weeks after your departure.
