Semi-detached villa with large veranda and stunning sea views. The villa consits of a large open plan living/dining room which opens up through an arch to a separate room with a double sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one smaller bedroom with a bunkbed and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning throughout. The veranda is provided with table and chairs and is an ideal place to eat, relax and take in the view. There is a stone built outside shower and there is a patio to the rear of the property, a barbecue and parking for 2 compact cars. Sorry no pets are allowed.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds based on 5 people sharing. Price per extra person is £25 per night.
Weekly consumption (gas, water, electricity, air conditioning, final cleaning fee, laundry costs): 200 euros (250 where more than 4 guests) per week for normal standard use (2 kw per person per day). Every extra kilowatt will be charged 0,20 euros). Security deposit: 500 euros (to be paid on arrival and refunded after a satisfactory check of the villa).
Changeover day
The minimum stay is 7 days. Saturday is the preferred change over date. Alternative arrangements must be requested.

There are steps that lead from the drive up to the property and so the property is not suitable for wheelchair users.

The property is one of a three villa complex with neighbours to the left and above the villa.
Coast/Beach
There are two beaches in Torre Delle Stelle. The first beach is 3 minute walk from the house. The second beach is a 3 minute drive. Both are long, white and sandy and the water is crystal clear. At the end of both beaches there are rocks which are ideal for snorkelling and exploring the sea life.
Travel
If you would like to spend your holiday relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea you do not need to rent a car. Torre delle Stelle is totally self sufficient and everything is within walking distance. If you would like to explore the coast you would need a car.
Closest Airport and Ferry Ports: Cagliari airport (Elmas) (easyjet, Alitalia, BA) - 40 mins drive. Cagliari ferry port - 35 mins drive. Other: Olbia airport (easyjet): approx 300km.
Alghero airport (ryanair): approx 270km.
Distances
Cagliari is 30 Km away and Villasimius is 15km away. Villasimius is a charming seaside town full of restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars and clubs. In the summer it comes to life with tourists and is often host to free open air music and entertainment shows. It also has famous evening flea market where you can buy souvenirs as well as traditional Sardinian food.
Further details
The property is ideal for people wishing to have a relaxing holiday. The proximity to the beach gives you complete flexibility to come and go from the house as you please and to shelter away from the midday sun. The shops, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance and make Torre Delle Stelle a self contained resort. If you do want a change of scenery you can always travel to the town of Villasimius which is only a 20 min drive away and is famous for its nightlife and summer entertainment.
Booking notes
A deposit of 50% must be paid at time of reservation. The balance is payable a month prior to arrival. Check out by 10am on day of departure. Check in from 3pm on day of arrival.
A Euro 200 (Euro 250 where there are more than 4 guests) is payable in cash on arrival to cover weekly consumption of gas, water, electricity, air conditioning for normal standard use (2kw per person per day), laundry costs and a final cleaning fee. Every extra kilowatt will be charged 0,20 euros).
