The house is surrounded by a large terrace, there's a big porticato with tables and chairs and barbecue. Well equipped and comfortably furnished, both the house and the dependence (that is another apartment in the middle of the garden) are surrounded by a lovely Mediterranean garden with roses, buganvilleas, lemon/apricot trees and grapes. The beach is only 5 mins walk from the house, but there are other lovely places which offer privacy (even in August) 10 mins walk behind the villa through wild paths. Shopping facilities are in the little town or along the road to the villa, 5 mins by car. Nice pizzerias and restaurants very near (also walking distance). The villa is suitable for couples with children or babies.

Accessibility
The sea is very near, you can walk in 5 minutes or either can use a car to reach other beaches and areas.
Outside
Beautiful Mediterranean garden (750 square meters) that surrounds the villa.
Coast/Beach
The pebbled beach is just 5 minutes walk from the villa , the house is located at 150m from the sea. It's also pèossible to reach the sea from another side, 10 minutes distance by foot, rocks and a tiny beach.
Travel
The nearest airport is in Palermo, approximately 60km. Another airport in Trapani-Birgi, the same distance.
Car hire available at Palermo or Trapani airport and in Castellammare del Golfo, xcity nearby 10 kms distance.
Distances
The nearest villagge, Scopello, is at a walking distance of 15 minutes (up the hill) and 5 minutes by car.
Castellammare del Golfo (bigger town in the area) is reachable in 15 minutes by car (12km).
Booking notes
We suggest to book flghts arriving in the morning, or during the day, both to reach the villa easily (daytime) and for us to be there waiting for the guests (we live in Palermo, 70km from Scopello).
