The apartment is ideally situated for exploring the unspoilt region of Abruzzo. The beautiful coastline and spectacular mountains are just 30 mins away with a whole host of activities from a pleasant stroll to something much more energetic. There is a stocked carp lake here for those that wish a fishing holiday, a 5 mins drive away takes you to a health spa with an indoor swimming pool, they also offer a whole range of beauty and health products to pamper you with.

Accessibility
the apartment is on ground level. There are two steps to get to the toilet.
Outside
There is a table to eat your meals outside and enjoy the views. Also we have a patio area and garden area for our visitors, and a barbecue to enjoy those cosy nights.we also have an above ground pool.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Silvi marina its a very beautiful beach with restaurants all along the beach its 25 minutes drive from the apartment.
Golf
45 mins away is the nearest golf course.
Skiing
We have ski resorts close by 40mins away with ski hire for those people that would like to try. There is Lanciano which has alot of ski lifts and many levels red black blue and green for the kids.
Special interest holidays
There is 2 golf courses within 45 mins drive, there is horse riding, skiing in the winter.and fishing 15 mins away. For those men and women that love to carp or trout fish very cheap rates for day fishing. I've been and its full of hard to get carp.
Travel
Pescara airport, with flights from Stansted there are flights from Rome and Ancona the flight from stanstead takes two hours and there is car hire available at good prices. Car hire is a must.
Distances
The local shop is five mins away for your local cheese and meats. There is a local vineyard just seven mins away where you can try our local wines. We also have a local spa for those feeling the need to be pamperd.
Further details
The local banks cater for visa cards and switch. We have large supermarkets 20 mins away, also swimming pools 10 mins, health spa, beauty hair nails and anything you need is only a call away.

Apartment, well equipped in all rooms. Host family has good knowledge of tourist attractions and countryside. Excellent views across mountains. Gran Sasso national park recomend visit. Pescara beaches are perfect, recommend visit. Last comment but most important, enjoy Italy be amazed by the scenery food and culture. Rodney and Rachel Symes from Salisbury, Wiltshire. 16/08/07 till 29/08/07 and we are coming back for more...

hello my name is Lynnette I have lived in Italy 8 years, we moved to Abruzzo 4 years ago from Varase which is near the Swiss boarder, as my husbands in the military. We have three children one lives in England the two girls live here. We also have a dog called Riso is my third baby.

I love the area we live in as its perfect for us to enjoy the sea and the country at the same time we enjoy walking in the olive groves with the dog and the peace and quite.
