Bedroom on the ground floor suitable for this. It can adapt to a bedroom or TV room because of the converted queen sized bed. Bathroom on the same floor.
Outside
Swimming pool is shallow at one end and deep in middle 12 x 6 meters. Fully furnished for outside with shower beside the pool. There is a wonderful gazebo with 3 meter long table and 8 chairs for outside dining. Fully covered alongside our stream and electricity supplied. Large outside ping pong set also for the "children" to play on.

La Terrazze is a good restaurant in Monte San Savino.
The Castillo is a pleasant pizzeria which serves good food.
These are highly recommended.
They are located almost opposite each other outside of the main square.
Light meals are available at a number of cafes inside of the main walls of the town.
Near the autostrada is an excellent pizzeria which serves typical Italian food.
