Casa Rosamaria is a stunning 100 year old italian farmhouse, recently restored to a high standard. The house is set in the rolling hillside of Le Marche between the village of Curetta and the historic town of Servigliano, halfway between Macerata and Ascoli Piceno. It offers beautiful views across to the mountains, a peaceful, tucked away location alongside all of the modern facilities including its own 10M swimming pool and well-fitted kitchen. It is tastefully furnished. The house has absolutely stunning views from this great location within the 'golden triangle'. Servigliano, 5 minutes away has bars, restaurant, supermarket, small shops and all that might be locally required. Santa Vittoria is ten minutes away with bars and restaurants. Beaches 35 mins away, most offer safe and enclosed swimming areas suitable for families. The drive to Lake Fiastra is approx. half an hour and the ski areas likewise. Fermo, with it's famous late-night antique/craft market is 30 mins drive.

| Utility Room: | The utility room/shower room on the ground floor has large sink for washing and washing machine with tumble dryer. It has an external door for easy, additional access to the garden. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is comfortable with seating for 8 people and beautiful large log burning fireplace. There are DVD, video and music facilities and this room also has doors to an outside sitting area. There is also a selection of videos and DVDs for guest use. |
| Other: | Separate dining room contains large dining table for family meals with large glazed doors to the exterior so that you can also dine outside. The house has a light and airy ambiance. |

House is cleaned before each stay with fresh linen and towels provided, including pool towels. Pool is also regularly cleaned and managed. |

Swimming pool (10m x 5m) with views across to the Sibilini Mountains. This is located away from the immediate house for family safety, but it is not at present gated.

Private swimming pool and sun loungers. Pool is lit for evening use. Table tennis table (full size) located in a building next to the main house. BBQ - large. There is a variety of outdoor seating and tables situated around the house. There is plently of outside lighting around the house. Private terrace spaces are located in various places.
Coast/Beach
There is a choice of beaches from 25 minutes away by car. Most are family orientated with sun loungers, pedalos, bars and restaurants. A good day out!
Skiing
Local ski lifts approx. 45 mins by car.
Travel
The closest airports are Ancona and Pescara, which have direct flights to and from London Stansted, Barcelona, Paris, Munich, Copenhaghen, Rome and Milan.
Ancona is 1 Hr 15 mins from house.
Pescara, 1 Hr 30 mins.
Rimini, 1 Hr 30 mins.
Bologna (Forli) 3 hours.
Rome, 3 hrs. 30 mins. (Times are approximate)
The airports are connected by Ryanair with London Stansted and Frankfurt Hahn.
Distances
Servigliano - 8 mins by car. Santa Vittoria 10 mins really pretty, good place to eat. Macerata 30 mins University town, great for opera. Ascoli Piceno 50 mins historic town, lovely square. Fermo 30 mins great antique/craft market in summer.
Hilltop villages dotted all around. Assisi 1- 2 hours. An enjoyable day out.
