Beautiful small gracious country house located just one hour north from central Rome - 5 minutes walk from train station in Oriolo Romano. Sleeps 4. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, pretty dining/living room with small kitchen corner. A 2 storey building, it has a small terrace on second floor with large sheltered porch including outdoor furniture for dining alfresco. The house has a large enclosed garden, perfect and safe for children to play in. Short 10 minutes drive to Bracciano Lake - perfect for swimming, sailing and fishing and Manziana Woods which is great scenery and ideal for walks. Located in the immediate area are horse-riding and other sports facilities like tennis and swimming pools! Only a 15 minutes drive to curative hot Stigliano spa baths. House is in walking distance to good supermarkets, grocery stores etc with many good quality restaurants nearby. Vintage cars like Fiat 500 and others (with driver only) on request to explore and discover area!

Numerous pretty and characteristic villages within short distance, approx 10 mins drive / 20 mins cycle of house, all with good eating and drinking possibilities. Others possible excursions include: Bracciano Lake 12km, Viterbo 40km, Orvieto 82km, Tarquinia 58km, Orbetello (Argentario) 114km and Perugia 167km.

In Oriolo Romano the following can be easily found and reached on foot: banks, supermarket, restaurants, bars, greengrocers, shops which specialise in food of the area/region (the zone is famous for mushrooms, chestnuts, olives and almonds).
Booking notes
30% deposit on booking non-refundable. A refundable damage deposit of €350 must be included with outstanding payment on arrival by Travellers Cheque/Cash. The damage deposit will, naturally, be returned in full on condition no damage has occurred.
