The accommodation is on one floor and is self contained, well equipped and well furnished. Satellite TV and DVD is available. It is located just 2 kms outside the village where there are shops, restaurants and bars. Lakes Nemi and Albano are within an easy drive. A small swimming pool is in the grounds. The English owner lives in the grounds in a separate cottage.

Heating, if necessary, is independent. There is no telephone but a cell phone with Italian number will be provided on request.

Outside
Garden table and 4 chairs are situated outside the cottage door, a BBQ is provided. The swimming pool is above ground and is 3 meters by 6 meters and 1.20 meters deep. This is shared by the owner (she is always out at work!).
Coast/Beach
The coast is about an hours drive.
Golf
There are several excellent golf courses within an easy drive.
Special interest holidays
Horse riding can be organised. Cookery courses can also be arranged with an English speaking chef. Wine tasting excursions can be booked.
Travel
The intercontinental airport of Fiumicino is about 50 kms away and the smaller airport of Ciampino is just 25 kms. Airport pick ups can be arranged.
Distances
The busy village of Rocca Priora is just 2 kms away, and the busy town of Frascati is 10 kms away. Rome is within easy reach with a 25 minute train ride from Frascati. Castelgandolfo the Pope's summer residence overlooking the volcanic lake of Albano is 15 kms.
Further details
A car is a must for this cottage, and the owner can help with car hire if requested. The village has a supermarket and market day is on a Thursday. There are several bars, pizzerias and restaurants. The A1 motorway is just 5 minutes away by car, making Montecassino, Pompei, Naples and Sorrento an easy day trip.
Booking notes
Bookings should be made through the owner's e-mail. A 20% deposit is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance should be paid 30 days before arrival. Payments should be made to UK bank account.
