Changeover day
Our change over day is Saturday, but we will try to accommodate any reasonable alternative.

Notes on accommodation
The garden is fenced all round, and has electric lock on gate.
Outside
Alfresco eating area with traditional pizza oven, gas BBQ, and rustic kitchen facilities. Comfortable garden furniture, shaded as well as sunny areas. The pool has an outside shower, and a generous area for sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
The Adriatic coast can be reached in a 10min. drive and the Ionic coast in a good hour. The nearby coast line offers a variety of cosy sandy beaches, small summer towns with various degrees of eating places, water sports, and rugged rocky coast good for f. ex. fishing. The Marine Nature Reserve is a 20 min drive away, and has a new Information Centre.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Brindisi, serviced by Ryanair from Stanstead (1/2 hours drive). Bari Airport is an hours drive away, and is serviced by Ryanair from Stanstead, and BA in the summer. Various other options include flying to Napels (2 1/2 hours drive away) Rome (4 hours drive away). There is a train station in Ostuni with links to international trains.
Distances
The south of Italy offers a variety of places to see. Sicily is 4-5 hours drive away, the bottom of the heel can be reached in a couple of hours. Ostuni, our nearest town has a very interesting 'Centro Storico' with a Cathedral, and offers a wide of selection of good places to eat and shop. Carovigno, a smaller town in the other direction, has a similar historic centre with a lovely castle, and good Ristorante's.
Further details
Shops for all your daily needs are within 2 km. Market days are Wednesday (small) and Saturdays (large). A folder showing leisure facilities and other key addresses are available in the villa. Satelite Navigator is available, complete with Key points of interest, already coded in, incl. super marked etc.
Booking notes
Our general booking terms are 50% deposit with your booking. The balance together with euro 80/£55 (final cleaning charge) and refundable breakage deposit (euro 50/£35), is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. Payment method is cheques or cash. Cheques to be made payable to P and R Jessen.
