The main Railway Station of Santa Maria Novella Train Station and coach main stop are just downstairs. Parking is available at extra cost. No car needed. About the owner
We are an easy going family with two children ages 13 and 10. We enjoy Tuscan life and Italian traditions. We like skiing, bike riding, mountain hiking, cooking, going to theatres and cinema and meet friends. I work full time with apartment rentals. We love outdoors
playing with creative work. We have a nice house in the Tuscan countryside, just at 15km from Florence and the town centre is easily reachable at a 20 minutes run by train or bus.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
After 21 full time job at Alitalia Italian Airlines, I wanted to start an activity on my own, also to be independent and work from home, to grow my kids. I found this magnificent building with grand interiors and in a strategic position in the heart of the town. The building has an elevator and is situated within 50m of Florence railway station (Santa Maria Novella), in a residential neighborhood with many boutiques, bars and restaurants and located within walking distance from the main historic attractions (the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo).
Unique benefits of the property
Double wide windows and double glasses, so plenty of light and no noise, although in the town center.
