Surrounded by ancient olive groves the Agriturismo “ I Re Fenean” can be found on the sunny and picturesque hillside of Garlenda in the ancient hamlet of Praglione. The recently renovated building dates back to the XIX century and offers 4 different choices of accommodation to its guests – all varying in size, tastefully decorated and with personal artistic touches added by the artist Manol Bozuffi.

Outside
This house is perfect for those who love the sea as well as the peace and quiet of the countryside,an ideal place for a really relaxing holiday; just restored, has a large garden and is plenty of all the comforts such as swimming pool (length 55.9ft, width 11.5 ft, depth 5.2 ft ), bowling green and nice barbecue place where is wonderful to dine.
Coast/Beach
Alfway between Monte Carlo and Portofino, few kilometres from the beach at Alassio. It is a quiet country residence where you can relax and enjoy the Ligurian lifestyle.
The sandy beaches of Alassio (7km). The Roman towns of Villanova (4km) and Albenga (12km). An excellent base to explore both the French and Italian Rivieras.
Close to Monaco (1h) and Nice (1,5h) Portofino (2h).
Golf
Our Agriturismo "I RE Fenean" is surrounded by the greens of the Garlenda Golf Club, 18-hole championship golf course, 6085m, par 72, designed by the architect John Harris in 1960, winds its way through the vineyards and olive groves. It often hosts important golf competitions.
Skiing
The small resort of Monesi is only 50km away, Garessio 2000 is an hour and a half drive away, large resorts of Artesina and Limone with 25 lifts is within a 2 hours drive.
Travel
Genoa airport is under an hour away and Nice airport an hour and 20 minutes away, both on the coastal motorway. We are only 10 minutes from the motorway junction. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The area is famous for its great restaurants. 5 minute walk away are excellent recommended restaurants. For local shopping Garlenda and Villanova, only five minutes away has a butchers, alimentari, and bank, as well as cafes, bars etc.
Around five miles away is a big Co-op.
10 mins to beaches of Albenga and Alassio.

There are several excellent restaurants within a short walk or drive.
Following the Wine and Oil trail, will lead you to discover little villages full of charm and rich in local products. For the more energetic, there are numerous alternatives, from the neighbouring Golf Club to the Tennis Courts, hiking, horse-riding and horse-racing, parachuting and gliding lessons in the Aero Club are but some of the activities on offer.
A few minutes drive takes you to a whole range of water sports.
