The house has been recently internally restored to make it more comfortable, still maintaining its original rustic charm. It includes 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms, a large dining room with cooking area and a fireplace, a living room with a false ceiling which also connects the terrace, a completely renewed bathroom and a veranda. Furnishing is enriched by some antique furniture and the old wood-burning; part of the original handmade tiled floor and wood ceiling has been maintained. The big garden with fruit trees looks on other gardens.

Accessibility
There are 4 steps at the main entrance (without handrail) and a ladder to the terrace. The rest of the house is accessible for people with mobility problems or wheelchairs users.
Outside
The ‘half roofed’ over veranda, looking on the garden with table, chairs and a bench is suitable to have meals. The garden is large with lemon, pear, pomegranate and medlar trees and plants. It looks on other gardens.
Coast/Beach
From Tresnuraghes, along a 4km road across the hills you can rach Porto Alabe, about 5km of sand beach, with free access. Bosa Marina, the most popular and equipped beach, is also 4km away. Other parts of the coast are wild and not populated, with spectacular views and many little bays, surrounded by rocks, to discover.
Travel
Car hire is essential, due to the location of the village, 4km from the beach. The nearest airport is Alghero (about 50km), served among the others by low-cost airlines company Ryanair. Other airports are in Olbia (140km) and Cagliari (140km). Nearest Harbours Porto Torres and Olbia; ferries from Genova, Livorno, Civitavecchia.
Distances
Any shop or service at walking distance. Bosa is the nearest town (4km), Porto Alabe the nearest beach (4km). Alghero is 45km away. Many archaeological sites are about 10km away.
Further details
Tresnuraghes is a traditional village with about 1800 inhabitants, where you can still see religious celebrations and processions, folk dances and traditional horse races. In walking distance you can reach shops, markets, bank, pharmacy, internet-point, etc. The countryside and the hills all around are beautiful and offer the possibility of horse rides cycle trips. The area is well-known for its Malvasia vineyards. Bosa, the nearest town (5000 inhabitants) has a very interesting historical centre, with churches, monuments and a medieval castle, little shops and restaurants. In Bosa Marina you can practice scuba diving, sailing, kite, canoe and bicycle. During Spring and Summer traditional feasts are held almost every week in different villages of the region, where you can taste typical food and buy local handicrafts. Some important archeological sites (nuraghi) are not far to reach.

A 25% (not refundable) deposit is requested when making a booking, with the balance due in full a minimum of 4 weeks prior to departure. Departure cleaning (50 euros) not included in rental price.
