Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week, from Saturday to Saturday and include bed linen and towels (alternative changover days or shorter periods may be arranged).
Discounts are available for 2 or more weeks rental. Gas and electric are included in the price, but there is an extra charge of 30 euro pw for heating between October - April.

Changeover day is Saturday, although alternative days may be arranged on request. Arrival time from 3.30pm. Departure by 10.30am Saturday morning

Versilia beaches are easily reachable by train, bus or car - e.g. Viareggio is 20 km and Forte dei Marmi is 29 km.
Travel
Lucca has a bus station (within the walls) and a train station (just outside the walls). The nearest airport is the Galilei International Airport in Pisa. Both buses and trains go from the airport to Lucca (bus 50 mins, train 20 mins)

Florence: 65 km. Pisa: 16 km. Viareggio: 20 km.
Further details
The apartment is situated within a ring of Renaissance walls fronted by gardens and huge bastions. Lucca is a delightful place simply to wander or sample the local shops - it is one of the few places in Tuscany where many locals ride bikes, and so the centre is refreshingly free of traffic.
