Il fienile, is an ancient barn, restored and converted it into a beautiful and original country home using traditional Tuscan techniques and materials. The Barn perfectly combines rural simplicity, functionality and all modern comforts. Surrounded by stunning nature, it is one of the few still unknown, authentic and unpretentious parts of Tuscany. Il fienile is less than an hour motoring away from fascinating Italian art cities such as Florence, Siena, S.Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra, the beach, Chianti wine and Brunello wine, Thermal spa. It is only 5 minutes drive from Radicondoli a perfectly preserved Medieval town surrounded by its original walls where you can find 3 groceries, 1 pharmacy, 3 bars, 3 restaurants, bakery, bank and church. The Barn offers a lot of choices: a spa holiday, a romantic honeymoon, a journey into wine and gastronomy, a tour to the main art cities, or simply some private time to relax and revitalise in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Notes on prices
Included: Special Welcome in Room. Access to the heat Experience: SteamBath, Sauna, with aromatic and pure essential oils, vitality shower. Organic puryfing tea and relaxing infusion. On request outstanding, fully qualified therapist (to reserve in time..). Price includes: car park, use of swimming pool, weekly linen change, cleaning at the departure, hot and cold water, electricity, gas for cooking, firewood, television. Not included: telephone, gas for central heating (€4,50 per m³).
Changeover day
Saturday check in after 4pm. and check out by 10am.
