Rosa apartment is located at the first floor of our farm house with independent entrance from a rustic stairs in Tuscan bricks. Tile floor and ceilings in beams and bricks, will receive you in this beautiful home, composed from an equipped kitchen with gas for cooking and dishwasher machine (Italian American coffee machine toaster) two matrimonial rooms with toilet and private shower and one more room with two single beds, living room area. for your comfort, the apartment is equipped with one other toilet with shower.

Lines for the beds and towels for the bathroom (weekly change), gas, water and electricity.
Not included in the price:
Heating and washing machine for suits, clothes (pay at consumption)

Ciao, Eleonora e Francesco, We had a superb time in Tuscany. Il Paggino is excellent and we enjoyed our apartment, Rosa, very much. I know that our friends Gerard and Kathryn really enjoyed their short stay. Your welcome and hospitality really made our holiday. We are telling all our friends what a wonderful place you have. I am sure that your business will go from strength to strength. I know that Hilary and I would love to come again. If you need some help in the winter months to cut the grass/tidy the car park/general pre-season preparation I could be available!!! Tonight I shall open a bottle of Solare Ciao John (Uk)
