Set in the wonderful countryside of Le Marche on the edge of the Sibillini national park. Scenic walks, cycling trails, tennis, horseriding, swimming and more available locally or within a short drive or sun loungers for those lazy days. The university town of Macerata is 30 mins away offering stunning architecture and the world famous open air opera. Stunning lake Fiastra is a short drive away or the sea is a little further. Within an hours drive you will find the spectacular Frasassi caves and historical Asissi. Excellent restaurants are available within the local area or superb fish restaurants on the coast.

Fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, fridge and all cooking utensils.
Large master bedroom with king size bed, triple wardrobe and dressing table.
Large twin bedroom (can also be made into double on request), wardrobes and bedside table. Both bedrooms face over the valley with lovely views up to Gualdo.
The bathroom is large with shower cubicle (no bath), toilet, bidet and wash basin.
The balcony wraps around to the front of the house with outdoor furniture for 'al fresco' dining.
Bed settee available which can be made up in the living room without impeeding any space.
Over an acre of grounds and plenty of parking.
Can be used in conjunction with Casa Jessica if required.

Ground floor apartment accessed from the front of the house. The living/dining room has wood burning fire in feature stone fireplace. Sofa bed, dining furniture, TV/DVD etc.
The kitchenette has full size cooker, fridge and all cooking utensils.
The large bedroom has king size bed, triple wardrobes and bedside tables. Shower cubicle in corner of room.
The bathroom has toilet and wash basin.
Outdoor furniture for 'al fresco' dining under the shade of the grape vines.
Over an acre of grounds and plenty of parking.
Can be used in conjunction with Casa Samuella if required.

 

Notes on accommodation
The property has a gas combi boiler for constant hot water and occassional use of washing machine. Most windows are fitted with fly screens and the floors tiled for comfort and coolness in summer months.
The log burning fires and central heating are available for use in winter at extra cost.
The grounds are fully fenced so are children and pet friendly.

Accessibility
There is one step into the apartment. Inside is all on one level except for the shower cubicle which is raised.

Outside
Sun loungers, BBQ and dining furniture are provided. Plenty of outside lighting to enjoy the summer evenings. Full use of all the grounds. Outdoor and indoor games available for all to use. Guest library of books, DVDs and CDs.

Coast/Beach
The adriatic coast is only a 40 minute drive away offering some excellent beach front facilities (lockers, loungers, toilets etc). Superb selection of fish restaurants.

18 hole coarse on the Cornero peninsula approx 1 hrs drive.
Driving range approx 20 mins drive.

Skiing
Ski slopes approx 40 mins drive.

Travel
Ancona airport is approx 120kms - 1hr 15mins drive - Ryanair offer flights from Stansted.
Pescara airport is approx 2hr drive - Ryanair Stansted.
Bologna Forli airport is approx 2hrs 30mins - Ryanair Stansted.
Rimini airport approx 2hrs - Ryanair East Midlands.

Gualdo 5 min drive.
San Ginesio and Sarnano 15 min drive.

San Ginesio has shops, banks, PO, swimming pools and tennis courts, panaramic park/picnic area. Lovely main square with bars and restaurants.
Sarnano has bustling market, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, swimming pool, tennis courts, crazy golf, play ground and spa.
Macerata has stunning arhitecture, churches, university, theatre, cafes, restaurants and the world famous open air opera (July and August).
Owners live on site and are available for help and assistance if required.

25% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
£100 security bond required and payable in advance with balance.
If holiday within 8 weeks of departure the balance & bond are payable at time of booking.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque.
Holiday cannot be taken until funds received and cleared.
Bond returned within 1 week of holiday ending by either bank transfer or cheque.

Guest comments
Thankyou for a great Easter. The weather was pretty good for the time of year. The apartment is very comfortable and the surroundings great. Breakfast on the balcony was worth getting up for. Sanarno market was just as you described, got loads of bargains aswell. Hope to go again soon. Colin and Dorothy Cavnor.

What a great place, really comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Weather great, locals really friendly even though I don't speak Italian. Still can't believe I saw a family of wild boar trotting across the road near the house - what a sight! Hope to go back next year, see you then Martin Williams.
