There is a large double garage for secure parking. The cellar has a table-tennis table (bats and balls provided) and there are also 4 bicycles available for guests use. The garden is enclosed with an ornamental waist-high fence.

Accessibility
Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for wheelchair users. There is a curved staircase that leads to the top floor.

The cottage has a small garden mainly grass and planted with shrubs on one side. There is an integral barbecue on the terrace. Outdoor furniture includes a large wooden table and 6 wooden chairs with seat cushions. There are also four garden sun-loungers and 2 garden chairs.
Coast/Beach
1 hour drive to the Ligurian coast/Mediterranean. 45 mins drive to Acqui Terme which has large outdoor swimming pool. 6 mins drive to Bossolasco which has an outdoor swimming pool.

Airports: Turin 75 mins. Genoa 70 mins. Car recommended.

Further details
Bossolasco has a range of shops including 2 small supermarkets, Pizzeria and cafe. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the villages of the 'Alta Langa' and Langhe. The area is renowned for its noble red wines such as 'Barolo' and 'Barbaresco'. For chocolate lovers, the Ferrero factory offers tours and is based in Alba. The festival for the white truffle is held late September in Alba.
