Changeover day
Times of arrival and departure are flexible and by arrangement. But it would be most helpful if time of arrival or departure was not later than 7 pm. Details in order to collect key locally, will be provided on receipt of full payment for booking period.

Coast/Beach
Traditional fish and fruit/vegetable markets close to the Rialto Bridge. The oldest church in Venice, S. Giacometo d’Onorio is around 3 minutes walk. Ten minutes walk to S. Marco if you know the way otherwise a few boat stops down the Grand Canal! Beaches may be reached on the Lido.
Travel
Easily accessed from airports to Piazzale Roma or train to S. Lucia station. In Venice ACTV vaporetto tickets for travel which also covers buses on the Lido. Down the Grand Canal to S. Silvestro boat stop (next after Rialto) from where it is a very short walk to the apartment.
Booking notes
15% booking deposit. Balance and security deposit payable by cheque 5 weeks prior to stay. Security deposit of £100, to be returned following stay.
