The views from the terrace are stunning, sweeping over the sheep meadows across the valley and up to the pretty hill town of Sant Angelo in Pontano perched high above the town. This house has been restored by the owners with year round comfort in mind. All the rooms have loads of character, with original wooden beams and terracotta tiled floors. Louvered external shutters and fans in every room help keep the house cool in the hot summer months. The 8m x 4m pool offers endless entertainment for kids and adults alike. There is also a further terrace furnished with sun loungers again with the same fabulous views. With comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and quality furniture this house is an ideal getaway.

Private fenced pool 8m x 5m with large Roman steps offers welcome relief from the summer sun. Sunbathing terrace with loungers by pool.
Coast/Beach
40 mins to seaside. Miles and miles of beaches well serviced with restaurants and loungers. Only really busy during August when the Italians holiday here.

Golf at Conero, less than an hour away, clubs available for hire.
Skiing
Skiing 40 mins drive away.
Travel
Ancona airport 1 hour, Rimini 90 minutes, Pescara airport 2 hours, Bologna/Forli 2 hrs, and Roma 3 hours. Car essential.
Distances
Casa Cannavino is located 3km outside Sant'Angelo in Pontano, where there is a small supermarket, churches, bank with atm, coffee bars, post office, chemist, bakers, butchers, green grocers and weekly fishmonger. Sant' Angelo in Pontano is 20 mins from Marcerata and Sarnano, both fascinating towns offering a range of things to do. There are numerous small hill towns and restaurants within easy driving distances.

Nearby facilities include a public swimming pool (in the summer), Horse riding, quad biking, hang gliding, skiing, rafting, ballooning, organised walking and sailing. And then there's the restaurants!

£300 deposit to confirm booking. Full payment 8 weeks before arrival date. We also require a £500 bond, returnable after property has been checked on departure. Payment by cheque or transfer to UK bank account.

I wanted to write and let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday at your villa in Le Marche. It was a beautiful, charming house and the countryside was glorious.
