Just 5 mins walk, from an unspoilt beach, Villa Sun Beach is furnished and equipped to a high standard and is used by its English owners as their holiday home. The kitchen is newly fitted and has every facility. The living room is furnished with leather sofas and rocking chair and has a working open fireplace. Outside you will find a covered veranda/porch and a flagged, tree-shaded patio area. The garden has ample night lighting and there are many fruit trees (apple, pear, cherry, plum, peach, apricot, grapes, fig, lemon, grapefruit, sharon-fruit, pomegranite, hazelnut)from which you can help yourself! There is also a large roof terrace and ample garden furniture and of course a barbecue. Smoking outside only please! A welcome basket including local and fresh produce is included. We provide a shopping service to stock up before you arrive and also a home frozen dinners service, both on request.

15km from Brindisi airport, 130 km from Bari airport. Naples is a viable alternative airport, 4 hours drive. Car hire/use of car is essential.

2.5km from Casalabate, 1km from Lendinuso - both Italian holiday villages. 15km from Lecce, the Florence of the South. Close to Ostuni, the White City. Further afield Otranto and Gallipoli. Ideal base for touring Salento Region or for simply relaxing!

Torchiarolo is close by and has supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers, post office, bank hairdressers.
Lecce, the Florence of the South is just 15 km away. The historic centres of Ostuni, San Vito dei Normanni, Cisternino, Ceglie and others are all within an easy drive. Otranto and the southern tip make a wonderful day trip, as does Galipoli.
