Sopra il Lago is a little residence in a lovely village called Brezzo di Bedero, a few minutes drive from Luino. The residence is surrounded by splendidly rich nature and enjoys a fantastic panoramic position, with views southwards towards Verbania and Stresa and westwards towards the snowy top of Mount Rosa. Our apartments are decorated by the famous Italian designer, Simone Micheli, who used traditional materials to create a modern and elegant ambiance. All apartments have a separate entrance and a private parking space. The size of the apartments varies from 60 - 110 sq.m. Apartments also have panoramic sun terraces or verandas, comfortable bedrooms, kitchen with all state-of-the-art equipment and stylish bathrooms. Apartment 11 has ADSL Internet connection and washing machine.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the properties per night in euros.
Minimum stay is 7 nights in high and medium season, 3 nights in low season. All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen and towels.
20% discount for very last minute bookings (one week before arrival date). 15% discount for last minute bookings (2 weeks before arrival date). 10% discount for bookings 3 weeks before arrival date. 5% discount for bookings 1 month before arrival date.
Changeover day
In high season arrivals are only possible on Saturdays after 3pm and departures before 10am. In medium and low season arrival days and times are flexible, depending on availability.
Late arrivals after 8 pm must be checked with the office beforehand.

Accessibility
Only apartment 5 is suitable to wheelchair users. The other apartments have access through stairs.

All terraces and patios are equipped with beautiful garden furniture.
Coast/Beach
There are several bathing spots at short distance. Public beaches are in Brezzo di Bedero and most villages along the cost.
Skiing
Easy slopes at 30 mins by car (Forcora). Large ski resort at 1 hour by car (San Bernardino - CH).
Special interest holidays
Brezzo di Bedero is a great starting point for excursions on the lake, to Milano and to Switzerland.
If you like water activities, you can enjoy sailing, windsurfing or bathing in the clear waters of Lake Maggiore.
At walking distance from Sopra il Lago (500 metres) we have two new tennis courts. You can bring your own materials or you can take lessons with an English/Italian speaking teacher who can provide you with racquet and balls.
Travel
Milano Malpensa: is 1 hour by car. Lugano Agno: 40 mins by car.
Harbour and railway station in Luino (5km). Bus stop 200m.

Sopra il Lago is the perfect starting point for wonderful daily excursions to Stresa and Borromeo Islands, Cannero, Cannobio, Milan, Swiss villages and towns (Locarno, Lugano, Ascona), walking treks on local mountains and all kind of water activities (sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, kite surfing).
