The setting is stunning with spectacular views of the Fiastra Valley and the many hilltop villages. Far away, the mountains on one side and the sea on the other as a backdrop. The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor is a fully-fitted kitchen, a bathroom, and an open dining room with a wood burner and a door to the garden. There is a wide loggia for eating al fresco (with barbecue, sofa and see-saw) and a spacious garden which provides both shaded and sunny areas. A plentiful supply of wood is included in the rental. On the first floor there is a beautiful bathroom, a large twin bedroom with a lively furniture very suitable for children, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and whirlpool bath. There is a smaller double room and a scenic terrace for sunbathing. Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool (8m x 6m) that enjoys full sun and uninterrupted views.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Prices include: electricity, water, gas and heating supply (not in low season), satellite TV. Final cleaning. Linen and towels are provided, and will be changed weekly if you are staying for longer than 1 week. Please bring your own towels for use by the pool. Euro 450 of fee due with the booking p/week.
Changeover day
Rental periods commence on Saturday afternoons. We would ask that you do not arrive before 5:00pm to ensure that the property is ready for your arrival, and departing time is Saturday 10:00am.

Booking notes
Euro 450 of fee due with the booking (per week). The balance due has to be payed at the beginning of your holiday, together with a security deposit of Euro 200, which will be returned to you at the end of your holiday, all being well.
