There is also a refundable breakage deposit of euro 200, to be paid upon arrival. Payment: 50% of the rent at the time of booking, balance due within one month of your arrival.

Changeover day Saturday or Thursday.Flexible in low and mid season (October to April). Arrival between 4pm - 6pm. Departure between 8pm - 10pm.

Coast/Beach
Just 2km distant there are sandy beaches and cliffs, and a little more distant there are famous beaches like Liscia Ruja, Cala di Volpe and Pevero.
Golf
Pevero golf is one of the most beautiful, with its 18 holes from Grande Pevero beach to Cala di Volpe.
