Very conveniently located - just 40 mins from nearest airport. 500m (short stroll) from a beautiful medieval (voted one of the most beautiful in Italy) village with all amenities. Set in a beautiful location with plenty of garden and terrace space for relaxing in the outside. As a bonus there is a beautiful bridleway walk just below the house, pictured on our website.

There is a kingsize double bed in the 'Mandorlo' room and 2 single beds in the 'Girasole' room. Both rooms have their own private bathrooms. 1 is en suite, the other has its own entrance. Both bathrooms have bidets, showers and/or bath. Linen is provided.

Free wireless broadband internet access is offered on site. The property and surrounding area is highly suitable for children and pets are welcome.

Outside
Garden surrounding 3 sides of the house with plenty of seating in sun/shaded areas. Sun terrace with more than ample seating. Barbecue and original bread oven.
Bridleway walks just below the house take you miles into the countryside.

Perugia Airport: 40 m.inutes
Bologna (Forli) Airport: 1 hour and 30 mins.
Bologna: 2 hours.
Florence: 1 hour and 45 mins.
Rome: 2 hours and 30 mins.
Car hire is not essential, there is brilliant public transport just a short walk away. Buses go to and from Arezzo frequently (30 mins away) from which Florence is a further 40 mins and Rome 1 hour and 30 mins.

Sansepolcro: 5 minutes in car/bus.
Arezzo: 40 mins in car/bus.
Florence: 1 hour and 30 mins in car/train.
Rome: 2 hours in car/train.
Further details
There are over 28 restaurants in and around the Anghiari 'Comune'. The centre is within very easy walking distance and so too are shops, bars, banks and post offices etc.
