Palace Carli, one of the most important buildings of the 16 century in “Tremezzina”, belonged to the family Carli from Tremezzo. The Palace and the apartment now are a family home. The apartment is composed of a ample living area with dining area and kitchen, a sofabed for 1 person, 1 bathroom with a bath, a large double bedroom with a dressing room and French windows that lead out to the private garden and gazebo. From all the rooms you can see the lake. The apartment is well furnished and full equipped, with frescoes on the ceiling that give you a flavour of romantic. The Palace is located in a very peaceful district of Tremezzo, called Volesio, a charateristic old town of Lake Como, originally from the 13 century, with old houses and the small churches of S. Pietro and S.Paolo, patron saints of the burg, where every year the last weekend of June the people of Volesio are going to celebrate the memories of the 2 saints with a typical festival, music, dance and food.

Sports facilities include tennis, golf, mountain biking, water skiing, boat hire, sailing, wind and kite surfing, scuba diving, fishing, hiking, horse riding and kayak hire.

1 hour 30 minutes from Malpensa and Linate Airports, 2 hours from Bergamo Airport.
Passenger/car ferry boats are frequent throughout the day and evening for travelling around the lake. A car ferry operates from Menaggio to Varenna and Bellagio. Lake Lugano, nestling between Italy and Switzerland, is only 20 minutes drive.
