Relax in these very spacious holiday apartments. The garden apartment features a large secluded private garden ideal for alfresco dining day or night. Both apartments are very cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. The owners live in the building and can help with any queries.
The palazzo is literally 3 mins on foot from the historic centre and all its many excellent/affordable restaurants, shops and bars. A beautiful Olympic swimming pool set in pine woods is 5 mins walk - ideal for kids and adults as lots of quiet spaces. Great market on Tuesday and Saturday. Wednesday in nearby Anghiari). Sansepolcro is a beautiful renaissance town. You'll find yourself entranced by the beauty that pervades the medieval streets. It's ideally placed for marvellous day trips to wonderful towns nearby (see day trips on our website). Easy/safe parking just outside house. Cheap heating in winter.

Changeover day
Usually from Sat to Sat, but we are very flexible subject to availability especially with 2 bedroom apartment (flights with ryanair are usually much cheaper midweek). Flights to Perugia are on Wed, Fri, Sunday so we may be able to do Sunday to Sunday

First Floor Apartment

The apartment is on the first floor (90sq.mts) and does not have use of the garden. It is ideal for two couples or a small family who want to use it as a base for exploring the area. Featuring high ceilings with wooden beams and new parquet throughout. It has been recently restored giving a finely furnishing Tuscan atmosphere. Sat. tv (new channels only) and DVD player, wifi throughout. Two large bedrooms one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has twin beds and nearby is the main bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Electric hob and full fridge-freezer. Table can seat 4/5 people and we even offer a safe for your valuables (on request). Due to its ancient thick walls the apartment remains cool even in the height of summer. Living room with large sofa, tv and selection of books complete the rental. |

Notes on accommodation
Cool in the summer due to thick walls. Fans provided on request.
Heating in the winter to be paid apart. We have installed a new pellet heater which heats the apartment at cost of about 4 euros a day. Great winter rates now!

The beautiful Adriatic coast is only 1hr 15 mins away from Sansepolcro (all motorway). Best places are Rimini, Cervia, Milano Marittima, Riccione.
