Casa San Ruffino is located in the countryside surrounding the medieval hilltop town of Montegiorgio in the province of Ascoli Piceno. We offer guests classic Italian and Mediterranean dishes, quality food cooked simply with the freshest of local ingredients. Snacks, lunch and dinner available when required. Restaurants, outlet shopping, places of natural, historic and cultural interest are but a short drive away. Several large cities are located nearby including Macerata, Fermo and Ascoli Piceno. Local beaches are approximately a 30 minute drive with a 50 minute drive to the Sibillini Mountains.

Accommodation

Casa San Ruffino

All 4 rooms at Casa San Ruffino B&B have a king-sized bed, air-conditioning for the warmer months and full central heating for the cooler months. All rooms provide private en-suite facilities including a walk-in shower. Toiletries and towels are provided.
In the warmer months guests can enjoy a private outside seating area with stunning views of the Marche countryside and the Sibillini mountain range in the far distance.
For guests wishing to share accommodation or for those travelling with young children we provide a sofa bed in every room. A small charge to cover the cost of breakfast will be payable locally where rooms are occupied by more than 2 persons. Rooms are not suitable for more than 2 adults sharing. A cot for infants can be provided on request free of charge (subject to availability).
Towels are provided for use by the swimming pool and can also be used for visits to the local beaches.

Notes on accommodation
Hairdryer and ironing facilities are available. A fridge is also provided in each room for guests convenience. All rooms have air-conditioning. Secure wireless access is available to guests.

Outside
Private patio area in front of each bedroom for guests use. Landscaped gardens with outside dining facility. Swimming pool available for guests use. Sunloungers and towels are provided.

Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Adriatic can be easily reached, with the beach at Porto San Giorgio approximately 30 minutes drive. The beaches at Numana and Sirolo are approximately 45 minutes drive.

Golf
Championship course at Conero Golf Club approximately 40 minutes drive. Driving range at Petriolo approximately 15 minutes drive.

Skiing
Skiing available in the Sibillini Mountains in under an hour.

Travel
Ancona airport is approximately a 1 hour drive. Pescara airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.

Distances
10 minutes to Montegiorgio, Francavilla, Mogliano and Monteponne. Roman amphitheatres at Falerone and Urbisalglia are both 15 minutes away. Fiastra Abbey 15 minutes drive. Macerata open-air opera festival which is held every August can be reached within 25 minutes. Lago di Fiastra in the Sibillini Mountains can be reached in under an hour.

Booking notes
As a small family run enterprise we kindly ask guests to place a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable on departure. Cancellation policy: Any deposit placed is refundable up to 6 weeks prior to the first day of the booking.
