A front covered terrace in wood with fantastic view over the sea where you can eat (table and chairs are provided). Another covered veranda on the back is particularly cool in the afternoon (table and chairs are provided). With a very nice external shower in stone (hot water). Barbecue in stone, typical Sardinian oven, external sink (hot water). Private parking for 3 cars. Mosquito nets. Pets are not admitted.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Weekly consumption (gas, water, electricity, air conditioning): 200 euros per week for normal standard use (2 kw per person per day). Every extra kilowatt will be charged 0,20 euros).
Security deposit: 500 euros (to be paid at your arrival and refunded after a satisfactory check of the villa).
Extras: cot, 25 euros per week.
For long stay period please contact the owner to get a special price.
Changeover day
The minimum stay is 7 days.
Normally arrivals and departures are on Saturday.
Different arrangements must be requested.

Towels and linen are included in the weekly price. Extra towels change will cost 13 euros per person; for bath linen only 5 euros per person. |

If you do prefer to spend your holiday relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea you do not need to rent a car. Everything is at walking distance.
