These Prices are for the property in Euros - for 2 people, plus 10 Euros per night each additional guest. Final cleaning of the apartment and linen, 50 Euros.
Attention; in the airports there are always taxi local available - but it is prudent as they can try to make the tourists to pay too much.
We organize upon demand the transfer from Palermo & Trapani airports to my flats in Balestrate. The swimming pool opens since April to October 31.
Changeover day
Aarrival at any day. Short stays allowed starting 3 days. August week rentals. Saturday to Saturday.

Nearest local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks etc. Segesta has a Greek theatre and temple, Erice is a beautiful medieval city constructed on the mountain. Selinunte has a archaeological park.
Booking notes
Booking down payment 30%. The remainder due when you arrive in Sicily. Guarantee deposits requested 100 euros - used by the landlord as a guarantee against any damage caused by the tenant. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental period.
