In the Alto Garda Park, over an 18 holes golf course, during 2004 we restructured "Cervano" this magnificent '800 country villa, once one of the biggest wine cellars of the lake, to prepare a high quality Bed & Breakfast, where you'll be able to spend relaxing holidays, in one of the most beautiful places in Italy.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible but in high season (June, July, August) is preferred on Sunday.
Better periods to appreciate a vacation holidays are April, May/June and October/November.

The apartment is composed of a single long room: all the windows look at the lake and 2 look also at the stone courtyard. The room is divided in two parts : the bedroom with double bed in iron and an old stile ('700)painted Venitian wardrobe, the living room part with corner sofabed, satellite tv, internet connection, safebox and computerdesk. The bathroom with glass shower and glass green wash-basin is a wonder of the Italian design Artelinea (Florence). |

The apartment is composed of two rooms. The bedroom looks at the vineyard and the lake. Furniture is in an old style ('800) in walnut wood. The double bed is designed in iron. The bathroom has a corner glass round shower, a glass green wash-basin, a wonder of the Italian design Artelinea (Florence). The sitting room includes sofabed, satellite digital Tv, safebox, internet connection. It looks out at the vineyards (south west) and looks at the sunset. |

Notes on accommodation
The heating is supplied by a solar plant of 36 sqmt and natural air conditioning is supplied by the mount breeze that starts at 7 pm and refreshes everything, dropping the temperature also by 10°.
Hospitality is supplied on bed and breakfast base and breakfast includes a full Italian and continental breakfast.
Accessibility
During restructuring particular attention was taken to maintain the '800 spirit of the house and to ensure that wheelchairs can fully access the Monte apartment. This apartment also has a shower which is suitable for the disabled.
Outside
The property is set in 14 Hectares (140.000 sqmt) we have only the sky above us, and the top of the hill.
A covered patio is available for the (rare) rainy days.
Long paths allow long walks in the cypresses shadows, while the 1 km private road over the golf course, allows you to easily get to the house.
A big tree gazebo, 100 mts from the house, is suitable to take fresh air, looking at the lake even in the hottest season. Everywhere it is possible to connect to the internet through a wireless 100 Mb Lan.
Coast/Beach
You can swim in the lake, a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. The beaches have big stones and there are a lot of public beaches (small & big) around, easy to reach.
Golf
The 18 holes Bogliaco golf course is just outside the gate of the property. Guests of B & B are entitled to a 10% discount on green fee at Golf Bogliaco.
Skiing
Skiing opportunities (only in December, January, February and March) are available at 1 hour by car or on the other side of the lake (Ferry boat at Toscolano).

Are available: Mountain bikes and wide explanation of life, Flora and Fauna of the Park.
Travel
The nearest airport is Montichiari Airport (45 km)(Verona Brescia VBS) close to Brescia or Catullo Airport (70 km) close to Verona. Milan Airport is at 130 Km, and Bergamo Airport (Orio al Serio) is at 90 Km. The use of a small car is recommended because the roads are narrow, but a 2000 cc car can get to the house without any problem.

The house is 4km from Gargnano and Toscolano, 70km from Verona and 160 km from Venice, 150km from Milan, 45km from Brescia and 90km from Bergamo, 90km from Mantua and 200km from Bologna, 250km from Florence.

Further details
Gardaland (the largest amusement park in Italy) is 60Km,
but you can see it across the lake, if you want!
Shops, banks and good restaurants are available in 10 minutes, also on foot.
Booking notes
Bookings are accepted for at least 3 days, and a deposit is requested in cash or cheque. The price is for flat per 2 persons per day, if extra beds are required you'll pay an extra of 15 € each for small apartments, different price for '800 villa. Children under 3 years do not pay extra. Toys are available. There is the possibility of a self catering option at same price. Kitchen is supplied with everything , including fireplace.

About the owner
I was the Treasurer of an engineering company but when my mother died and my father remained alone here, I preferred to change my life to keep an eye on him, I came here and started to restore the farm, practically abandoned for forty years; it was the 2003 and I'm still doing it.
Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
This property belongs to my family since 1811: my ancestors were wine merchants and this was the factory.
In 2 centuries it grew and decreased up to the present situation ( about 1/5 of the golden age): the area is still very green and not too crowded, even if the speculation is at work; we are over a golf course and the 2 areas ( my property and the golf course) still allow the wildlife: foxes,deers, crayfish are still here and you can see it.
While, on the lake (5 minutes) you are in the middle of the summer vacations.
Unique benefits of the property
Rest and peace of mind are the main things you can appreciate here but also a good choice of very good restaurants, a place for walking far from the cars and looking at the lake, a place where appreciate living in the 18th century while using the internet.
