Within easy reach of Siena, Volterra, Lucca, San Gimignano, Pisa, Chianti and Monteriggioni all great places to visit for their art, history, wines and treasures. All modern appliances: cooker with gas hob and a fan oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, small freezer compartment in fridge and larger freezer, all needed utensils, pans, crockery and cutlery iron/board. Also there is a TV for DVDs and music. |

There is full use of washing machine pegs etc. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living room area has been designed with historical paintings and religious frescoes. It has a two seater leather recliner and a three seater leather sofa bed (king size).
The log burning stove and luxury furnishings makes an ideal honeymoon retreat. |

All rooms carry Tuscan history from the 14-18th century from the Grand Duchesses of Tuscany to the son of the King of Naples, Francesco de Bourbone. A fresco of Bacchus the god of wine is perfectly postioned in the kitchen area enjoying a perfect chianti. |

Notes on accommodation
The estate has an intercom system from the gate to apartment and if guests should have any problems a contact number will be given in case of emergancy or apartment problems.

Accessibility
The farmhouse is reach on a 3km track by car from the main road. There is private parking,and only apartment owners and holiday guests can enter the estate with key.
Outside
The apartment has a shared pool 14mx7m, it is 1.5m deep.
The private terrace to the apartment has beautifully ornate garden furniture also pool furniture is available May-October.
The apartment boasts the left hand side position of the farmhouse, a sun trap for sun worshippers and an extensive sloping garden.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is at Vada. A blue flag beach with pure white sand and rocks. From the farm you take a left turn and follow the S68 road towards and through Volterra and this road will bring you down to the beach.
Golf
Castelfalfi golf estate is a 10 minute drive.
Special interest holidays
There are many festivals on in and around Sangimignano throughout the year especially in the month of June when every third Saturday the Tuscans celebrate the festival Della Messi.A medieval display of Jousting on horseback medieval costume and celebration of the saint Santa Fina.
Travel
The nearest airport is Pisa. Using Hertz or Eurocar car hire the farmhouse is within a 50 minute drive. We have a very accurate directions form to make the journey enjoyable and stress free. Flights are with budget airline Ryan Air, Jet 2 and Thomson Fly.

Volterra 20 mins. San Gimignano 10-15 mins. Siena 30 mins. Pisa 50 mins. Monteriggioni 20 mins. Florence 45 mins.
Further details
Restaurants and shops are all within easy reach. Banks are in the near local towns and cash points are in supermarkets and local villages.

All bookings are with myself direct. A £150 deposit is taken on booking and the last payment 8 weeks prior to travel.
