A damages deposit of 100 euros will be asked for on your arrival and will be given back to you at the end of your stay. If your stay lasts for more than one week, weekly cleaning charges of 20 euros will be added
Changeover day
Please arrive between 3pm and 5pm on Saturday.
Leave before 10am on Saturday.

Coast/Beach
The Mediterranean with its fashionable resorts are only 20 minutes away by train or car. Viareggio is one of the first seaside resorts in Europe and is still enormously popular today, both with Italians and foreign visitors. The coastal strip of Versilia has over twenty kilometres of Mediterranean beaches with countless ‘bagni' (bathing establishments), nature parks, pine woods, natural lakes and some splendid countryside.
Travel
Nearest airport: Pisa (20km). Railway station is within easy walking distance. Trains go to Florence, Pisa, Carrara and The Mediterranean.
Distances
25km to Mediterranean resorts. Near to Florence (70km), Pisa (20km), the Apuane Alps and marble quarries of Carrara (90km).
Further details
On the third weekend of each month there is a large antiques market centred around Piazza Antelminelli and Piazza San Giusto. On the last weekend of the month there is an arts and crafts market in the same area. Lucca's ‘ordinary' market is held along Via dei Bacchettoni every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
One of the best ways to see Lucca is to hire a bicycle for a few hours. All the locals use bikes to get around and there is so much to see that you'll likely find yourselves tired from walking everywhere. There are a couple of hire shops in Piazza Santa Maria on the north side of the town, and another can be found tucked behind the Roman amphitheatre.
