Villa enjoys stunning mountain view stretching all around it and dominates a hill in the picturesque village of Chia with its pink and yellow houses, just two minutes away from the new Chia Laguna golf course and 15 minutes from the famous Is Molas Golf Course. The house is set in a secluded position thanks to a large and mature garden, partially shaded by ancient pine and olive trees, and has been recently renovated to high standards. Chia lies south west of Sardinia, just 40 minutes away from Cagliari Airport, where Easy Jet and BA fly, and 30 minutes from the island's capital, with its old Mediterranean architecture, its great shopping and lively nightlife. The area surrounding Chia is considered to be one of the most beautiful and wild of Sardinia, with its stunning cliffs, sandy white beaches and clear blue sea.

Notes on accommodation
The house is heated in winter (there is also a beautiful fireplace) and air-conditioned in summer.
Outside
The garden is organized on two levels, it is mature and shaded and hosts some ancient trees. The lower part is lawn and perfect for sun bathing. There is a lovely outside barbeque and a complete set of garden furniture. A heated shower is available in a secluded area of the garden.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 2-3 minutes drive from the property, all the beaches around Chia are universally considered among the most stunning and wild in the Mediterranean.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Chia Laguna, very recently opened. 10-15 minutes away is the famous Is Molas Golf Club, attracting thousands of visitors every year both for the quality of the course and the beauty and elegance of the resort.

Horse back riding and all sorts of sea sports available.
Travel
Easyjet and British Airways fly direct to Cagliari which is 40 minutes drive to Chia. During the summer months many charter flights can be booked. Ryanair flys to the north of the island 3 hours away. Italy mainland is also the place to fly indirectly or if you like using the car you can use an overnight ferry from there. The use of a car is recommened if you are to discover the incredible places around.
Distances
The nearest town is Pula, an ancient village that has been transformed to a busy holiday spot still maintaining its old architecture and character. Near Pula is Nora, a wonderfully preserved Roman town of great historical interest where a famous thetre season is held every summer. 25 minutes from Chia lies Cagliari, the island's capital, a great town characterised by a fabulous historical centre overlooking the sea, high standard shopping areas and great wining and dining.
Further details
Chia has several medium size supermarkets, useful shops and restaurants, also several smart lounge bars have recently opened.Closeby, in Domus De Maria, there are nice pizzerias and restaurants too. The closest banks are in Pula.
The area offers sport activities of every kind, from water skiing, sailing, water parachuting to trekking, horseback riding and quads driving.
