The five single bedroom apartments (Bilocale) with complete kitchen/living room are 45/50 square meters (37,62 square yards). Living room/kitchen with sofa, kitchen facilities include an oven, dishwasher, a fridge with a small ice box, satellite TV and a Safe all in the price. Master bedroom with double bed (orthopedic mattress 190 x 170 cm). Bathroom with shower and hair-dryer. Maximum 2 people.

4 x 2 Bedroom Apartments (each sleeps 4)

The four 2 bedroom apartments (Trilocale) with complete kitchen/living room are 80 square meters (66,89 square yards). In the 2 bedroom apartments there are: Living room/kitchen with sofa, kitchen facilities include an oven, dishwasher, with a large fridge and ice box, satellite TV and a Safe, all in the price. Master bedroom with double bed (orthopedic mattress 190 x 170 cm), bathroom, shower and hair-dryer. Second bedroom with two single beds (orthopedic mattresses). Second bathroom with shower.

Notes on accommodation
Le Torri Villa is made up of 9 apartments: four x 2 bedroom apartments with complete kitchen/living room and five x 1 bedroom apartments with complete kitchen/living room. Available all year round.

All apartments, with original floor and stone, have been restored and furnished in the old traditional Tuscan style giving particular attention to minor details. For a better view of Le Torri Villa, we recommend you to take a tour of our 360° panoramic view inside the apartments, around the Mediterranean garden, the swimming-pool, and the Meeting Room.

Outside
Le Torri’s gardens are superbly kept. Terracotta pots brimming with flowers can be seen everywhere. There are gazebos amid young olive groves, and tables and chairs for barbecuing/sitting. Plenty of space enables all guests have their own privacy. The unusual shaped pool was designed especially for Le Torri and has a separate division for children.

Coast/Beach
Beach is only 1 hour from here.

Golf
20km from here - the nearest golf course is situated approximately 25 minutes from the villa near the town of San Miniato, a small village rich in art and history. The “Fontevivo Golf Club” is easily accessed from Florence-Pisa-Livorno superstrada, two chilometers from the San Miniato exit.
The golf club is family owned and operated and was built in 1989. It has 9 holes, par 62 –s.s.s 60, for a total length of 1.892 meters.
Inside the club house there is a restaurant and a bar. There is also tennis courts, soccer field and putting green . The green fee is Euro 20,00 about.
Reservations are advised on Sunday. Closed on Monday. Golf cart available on request.

City arts distance by car: Florence 25 mins. Siena 50 mins. Pisa 60 mins. San Gimignano 35 mins. Certaldo 25 mins.

Travel
Florence 40 mins. Pisa 60 mins (easy way). Use car recommended. To enjoy the beauty of our hills and not to be bound to a timetable, we usually recommend our guests to rent a car on their arrival in Italy. Anyway, if you prefer to visit Tuscany by public transportation, here is the solution! At Le Torri you will find availability and care to help you in your transfers by bus. Please do not forget that the schedules for buses in a small country town are not as frequent as in the city.

Distances
At 2Km from Le Torri you can find the following services: 2 grocery shops (also open Saturday and Sunday), where you’ll find bread, fruits, pasta, vegetables, cheese, etc. Butcher’s shop, Pharmacy, restaurant, Newsvendor, Bank and ATM, 2 Bars for breakfast and Catholic Church.

Le Torri Villa is about 20km. from Florence, 30km from San Gimignano, 50km from Siena, 60km. from Pisa and 230km from Rome. The kilometers are more or less equal to the time you'll take to reach each city.
