Our farm is situated on a fantastic hill from which you have an extraordinary exciting sight with incredible sunsets. You can relax under century old oaks in frontof the house or have a sunbath in our lawn or refreshing in the pool enjoying the wonderful sight of the lovely valley. The closest town is about 6 km away. We are in the land of Saint Francis of Assisi, where you can combine old Christian and Etruscian culture with all kind of events ranging from jazz, classic music, blues, theatre, international festivals. Every little village has its particular festivity (sagra) with typical, very special food, not to forget the fine and economic restaurants. Unforgettable is always the special Italian bar atmosphere. We are situated between Rome and Florence, so you can make also a day journeys to this historical famed places (Rome, Florence...).

Outside
It is a shared swimming pool used by owners and guests. Pool is approx 11m x 6m overlooks the valley and the surrounding hills. The farm is surrounded byunder the shadow olive trees and the land has the old interesting terrace structure. You can sit and eat under the shadow of the oak tree rigth in front of the house. Relax on our circle lown or refresh and sunbathing at our pool. You are invited to do long walks in the uncontaminated nature arround or have unforgetable ride with bikes. The big and beautiful large lake Tasimeno, where Hunnibal has defeated the romans in about half an hour by car.
Coast/Beach
The lake Trasimeno is approx 30 mins drive.
Golf
To Perugia golf course is half an hour drive. You can do nearby paracadut jumping and diving, deltaplaning is possible how as you find tenniscourts.
Special interest holidays
We offer also courses in painting and creative scriving.
Travel
A car is recommended. Airports are Perugia and Roma Fiumicino (you can get better prices for car rental). Chiusi Chianciano train station is approx 30 mins.

The nearest village is about 6km distance. Here you will find supermarkets, baker, butcher, fruit, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, pubs, Tankstellen, carservises, Markests with clothes, fresh vegetables and so on. Big events: Festival Dei due Mondi, Umbria Jazz, Trasimeno Blues (many of them entrance free), country festivals in every village with live music for dancing, public historical shows.
Parachute jumping and diving (tandem), deltaplanning, tennis courts are nearby.
