The villa is spectacularly situated high up on the promontory of Monte Argentario on the southern coastline of Tuscany. The steep road leading to the house gives it an isolated position offering privacy and breathtaking views over the sparkling blue Mediterranean and the Tuscan Archipelago. The villa has membership to the Cala Piccola Beach Club, a 5 minute drive from the house and totally equipped with deck chairs, sun mattresses, sun umbrellas, changing cabins as well as a very good restaurant and bar. The club also provides a free shuttle service from the Via Panoramica to the beach and back. Free access is available for 4 people and one car. A small fee is charged for extra guests.

Changeover day
The villa is available for weekly and monthly rentals. Weekly rentals start and finish on Saturdays with arrival time after 4 pm and departure time before 10 am.

Booking notes
Refundable damage deposit to be paid before arrival 1.500 pounds. 30% booking fee to be payed upon confirmation, the remaining amount must be paid prior to entry. Cancellation booking fee is non refundable.
