The house is on the west side of Lake Garda, by the tiny harbour of the village, very close to the hills, mountains, ancient villages and churches. Available and pleasant all year round. A small historical garden with tables and chairs is available for 2 of the apartments.

It has an independent heating system.

The apartment is on the third floor of the main building, serviced by an elevator. All bedrooms are provided with kingsize double beds or single beds. 1 bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and all the necessary facilities. Washing machine, satellite TV in the dining and living room, heating system and air conditioning.
Most of the furniture are antique from the family.
Free access to the historical garden of the house with table and chairs.

Souler 2 (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 7)

The apartment is on the third floor of the main building and is serviced by an elevator. It is a very big apartment. All 3 bedrooms are provided with kingsize double beds or single beds. The separate kitchen is provided with all the necessary equipment including a dishwasher.
2 bathrooms with hydromassage. Very large dining and living space, satellite TV, heating system and air conditioning.
Mostly furnished with antique family furniture.
Free access to the historical garden of the house with table and chairs.

Notes on accommodation
All the apartments can offer a pleasant stay all year round. Heating and conditioning systems are new and efficient. Children can play in the garden or in the harbour area, only a few yards away. The surroundings offer innumerable places of interest at a very short distance from the house.
Accessibility
The apartments, unfortunately, are not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The 2 apartments in the main building have free access to the relatively small, about 1000 sq.m., house garden, it is surrounded by the lake on 3 sides and was designed by the same architect of the house, in the XVIII century. It is provided with tables, chairs and sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
A very small beach on the lake is by the small harbour. A larger beach is 10 minutes away by foot. An even larger and better equipped at 5 minutes by car.
Golf
A 18 hole golf course is 5 minutes away by car from the apartments.
Travel
A car is recommended. The nearest airports are Verona, 1 hour away and Orio al Serio, also 1 hour away.
Further details
Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks are all at short walking distance.
