If you want enjoy yourself in winter, there there is a new, fantastic and smart air pellet stove. Bathroom: Azalea has a little bathroom with shower, wc and we provide you 4 towels (2 big and 2 small). Kitchen: kitchen corner with hob, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, automatic toaster. 'Azalea' provides a satellite on flat screen TV ,DVD and a CD player with endowment of classical music (included the complete works-100Cd-by Wolfang Amadeus Mozart) and jazz music. Inside, you can find a small library of English books (novels). Elegant, comfortable and proper for relaxing stay, together with an explosive vegetation and beautiful flowers. Sport facilities nearby (tennis, golfclubs, water-skiing or surfing).

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Between October and April you enjoy a very special offer:
1 week, 350 euros. 2 weeks, 550 euros. 3 weeks, 700 euros.
One week is free; you pay only 2, the third one is free.
The rates are all inclusive less the firewood (wood pressed) for heating.
Changeover day
Arrivals are usually on Saturday (but we accept also on other day). Arrivals after 3:00pm: please, collect the key to Mrs Fiammetta, downstairs in (strada privata) Via Brentano 2D.

All the prices for week included cleaning, towels and bed linen. Cleaning and changes are provided everytime the guests leave and everytime at wish. |

We accept children and animals; you can leave your animal downstairs (in the parking-garden).

There is a bar service where you can taste fantastic long drinks and cocktails and its restaurant is well known for its typical seafood dishes. On week-ends it has one of the most elegant discoteques in the region.
