The nearest beach is on Lake Trasimeno, 45 minutes drive, or Rimini 1 hour's drive to the coast.
Travel
The nearest airport is Perugia 45 minutes away. Bologna, Rimini, Ancona and Florence less the 2 hour's drive away.
Distances
Sansepolrco is 10 minutes drive or 4km away. Arezzo 30 minutes drive. Florence 1 hour 15 mins. Assisi 45 mins. Pisa 2 hours. Bologna 2 hours.

Bookings may be made by telphone or e mail. A reservation will be held for 7 days pending reciept of the deposit of 50%. The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure.
