Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
We will provide good rates for long rentals upon individual request.
End of week cleaning fee applies - 50 euros. Gas and electric payable on consumption.
Changeover day
Rental days are Saturday to Saturday in summer season and in Autumn or Winter are flexible.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided and there is a end of stay fee for cleaning of €50. Gas and Electric are extra on metre and are chargeable on consumption. Damages deposit of €100 is required on arrival but returned if no damages apply. |
