Cottage Oleandro is up on the hill part of our property, full of the olive trees, we use to produce extra virgin olive oil. This cottage has a private pool (10 x 5 mt) with panoramic views. Cottage Limone is a newly built ranch house with 3 bedrooms each with bathroom en suite. One bedroom has French doors onto a side patio. Integrity of classic Tuscan design with terra cotta floors and wood beamed ceiling is visible. The main room which combines living space, dining and kitchen facilities is flooded with light from French doors. This cottage shares a panoramic swimming pool (12 x 6 mt).

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are in Marina di Pisa about 25 km away (less than 30 minutes by car). There you can find both sand private beaches equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, or free marvellous rock beaches, all to discover.
Travel
Nearest airport is in Pisa only 7 km far and easily connected to Calci by the speedway called Fi-Pi-Li. Use of the car is not essential given that we are only 200 metres far from the village where you can find supermarkets, restaurants and all the shop for your basicly needs but is recommended to enjoy nice trips around Tuscany. We are only 7 km far from Pisa, 12 far from Lucca and 80 Km far from Florence.
Distances
The village of Calci is within walking distance about 150/200 metres as well at least 3 typical tuscany restaurants and all the shops for your basic needs as well as supermarket. We are only 7 km from Pisa, 12 km from Lucca and 80 Km far from Florence.
Booking notes
We rent the villas for minimum one week period from Saturday to Saturday. Our check-in time can't be so flexible: Saturday afternoon between 14.30 to 18.00. We ask a deposit on booking of 30% of the total rent, while outstanding balance including final cleanings is settled at the check-in with cash, Visa or Mastercard.
