Minimum 7 day rental. 10% discount when booking 2 weeks in a row (except in August). Easter, Christmas & New Year's weeks are €300 per week.
Use of Gas, water, electricity, bed linen & bathroom towels is €32 per person per week. Final cleaning €55. Travel Cot & Portable High Chair included in prices.
Changeover day
Preferred change-over day is Saturday. But other days can be negotiated.

5/10 minutes drive to the popular white sandy beaches, clear aquamarine water, surrounded by rocky hills and mediterrean bush which is so characteristic of the Sardinian vegetation.
Travel
The nearest airport is Cagliari Elmas, a distance of 46 km, 1 hour by car or by coach on the coastal road which offers breath-taking panoramic views. Both Easyjet & British Airways fly to Cagliari. You could also reach Sardinia by sea (Olbia, Porto Torres, Arbatax, Cagliari) from the main Italian seaports (Rome Civitavecchia, Genoa)or from the South of France. Car hire is recommended.

10 minutes walk to Villasimius town centre, which has all amenities: supermarket, shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Villasimius tourist port.
Further details
Villasimius buzzing town centre offers plenty of things to do for both families and young people. Many fine restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine and its seafood, souvenir/ local craft shops, and popular outdoor nightclubs cleverly located away from the residential area. The local beaches provide many activities such as wind-surfing, scuba-diving etc.

Minimun 7 day rental. Booking deposit: 40% upon confirmation with balance to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. Refundable breakage deposit of €200.
